Christmas Safari – Samburu, Buffalo Springs & Shaba Reserves -27 Dec – 1 Jan 2019

Experience the bewitching beauty of the unspoilt wilds of the vast Samburu region . The area is sparsly populated and you see a few colourful Samburu with their herds of goats, sheep and camels. In the wider Samburu area we shall explore Magado crater, Chandler’s Falls, Mt Ololokwe and Wamba.

All three above reserves touch the charming slow-moving Ewaso Nyiro River. You will see a lot of elephants ambling along the river as well as other game. The special animals of the north are oryx, grevy’s zebra, the blue-legged Somali ostrich and gerenuk.
