#KnowYourMuseum kids program is designed around a variety of engaging direct learning, interactive activities, creative/arts and play.
This is an opportunity for your child to make memories and also have a holistic approach to learning through:
- Appreciation of the Museums – behind the scenes guided tours in selected sections (Ornithology, Ichthyology, Herpertology, Archaeology, & the Snake Park)
- Enhanced creativity and imagination
- Life skills – team work, writing, public speaking…
- The art of making new friends
- Research – through interactions with Museum researchers
- Knowledge of the importance of conservation
