Join Kenya Museum Society and The Travelling Telescope at Nairobi National Museum as we observe the Cosmos in a fun yet informative way.
We shall have a mobile planetarium, remote navigator and one of the largest telescopes in Kenya.
The focus for the 16th of November will be the moon. During this phase of the Moon we’ll be able to see incredible details on the surface, including craters, mountains and some of NASA’s Apollo mission landing sites.
We shall also have a laser guided tour of the night sky, using a powerful laser pointer to highlight different constellations, bright stars and other objects of interest in the sky.
Nobody is too young or too old to get involved
Book and pay for your spaces early enough as there will be a limited number of participants allowed.
