- The Bird Collection; how many Bird species we have in Kenya, the importance of specimen preservation and conservation.
- Ecological research, monitoring and conservation initiatives (research priority areas and publication as well as monitoring through Water bird census).
- Practical demonstration of Bird ringing – how it’s done, why it’s done and how it contributes to the efforts of conservation?
- How we can all participate in birds’ conservation.
What to bring: Notebook, a pen, binoculars and drinking water
